The Story Of How It Began
How It Began
In response to the lack of dedicated network groups for women in the insurance industry in southwest Ohio, a group of professionals recognized the need for a supportive community. Motivated by this gap, they came together to establish a platform where women in insurance could thrive and collaborate. Through the commitment and innovative efforts of this team, the Women's Insurance Collective was formed. The inaugural meeting took place in July 2024.
