She spent time in personal lines, farm and now as a Sr. Territory Manager in Small Commercial. She is married, has four grown children, enjoys traveling, golf, football, anything true crime, binge watching a good documentary, and attending her grandkids sporting events.

Melissa has been in the insurance industry for over 28 years on the agency side at many levels. She spent time as a Customer Service Representative where she found she had the skills and drive that was overlooked by others, but drove her to open her own agency doors as a captive agent. The agency achieved success she never thought possible. Itching for more in commercial insurance, Melissa adventured into the brokerage side from sales to sales coach and now to Director of Sales at Coverpoint Insurance Solutions, LLC. Outside of insurance, Melissa loves cooking, the Cincinnati restaurant scene, traveling, reading memoirs, and volunteering as a Board Member for Insuring the Children.
